Have been corresponding with a gentleman in Kansas for some time We met for the first time in December of last year and have met a couple of times since - despite being 4000 miles apart .I am happy to say that he proposed last week and I accepted - so life is wonderful. We had been exchanging emails via initially the Udate system for about two weeks before we met for the first time on, having had two fairly short phone calls beforehand. We d both
been single for around two years, and we d both joined Udate less than a month beforehand. I was the first person she met from Udate - as Sally was for me.

Our fist date was an immediate wow - to the extent that, as we parted, I
Couldn’t even remember how to drive properly. We met again the following weekend, and that seemed to seal it for both us us - we both realised it just felt right.

My fear was not so much not meeting anyone, but convincing someone

Well.....I met the next "love of my life", for the second "half of my life"....I'm a widow, age 47, and I met *** ********** here, on uDate (Rontino)...he's a never-been-married, wonderful man who loves me so unconditionally, and I feel so blessed he entered my life! He feels the same about me....this is a "forever" match and it never would have happened without you guys....he lives in the opposite side of town than me, so we probably never would have met.
